One little house. A world of possibilities. Step outside your front door and start your morning walk to see what unfolds!

Fun With Dick and Jane is a choose your own adventure quilt. What does that mean? Everyone will make the same pieced base for their quilt. We will all start with the house in the centre, and work out in borders like a log cabin, piecing the stars into each border.

Here’s where the fun part starts! With each new border, there will be appliqué options for you to choose from. You can make the quilt the same or similar to mine, or you can arrange things differently, and add things in too! I’ll be providing different options and ideas each month, and I’m also making another version of the quilt as we go along so you so you can see what things look like!

Everyone’s quilt will be same/same but different in their own way.

  • Machine Pieced and Appliqué  - great for all skill levels!

  • BOM starts 15th Jan 2027 and finishes Dec 2027 - but you can join anytime as previous content is always available.

  • Material requirements and notions drop Nov 1.

  • Quilt designed and made by Sarah Fielke

  • Finished Size: 76" square

  • Monthly sections of the digital pattern and corresponding video instruction with Sarah provided each month for 12 months

  • No fabric kit included but there will be some retailers offering kits

  • The PERFECT project to learn to quilt, learn to applique or enhance your skills!
