Happy Wednesday Smites - I'm a day late, because yesterday morning at 5am we left for the 10 hour drive to Australian Quilt Market in Melbourne. It's a very exciting event, because we haven't had an AQM for nearly 10 years! It will be fun to see old friends and make new ones, and also to introduce new Sarah Fielke and That's Accurate products to Australian stores. I will take lots of pics for you for next week.
For this week, I've been collating links to some of the awesome Christmas crafts I've seen popping up online for you! There's some awesome and very fun things to make. I hope you have fun with them - make sure and let me know if you try any.
Marie Clare Ideas, which is the French craft edition of Marie Clare, is always an incredible source of eye candy. I grab a copy any time I see it anywhere! They posted this beautiful paper house on Instagram this week, imagine that on your mantle!!

If you need more of a tutorial than that, Woodlark has this lovely version.

These teeeeeeny stocking ornaments!!! Gah the cuteness, I'm gasping

Too small? Yep, fair.... maybe try the stocking she mentions in her post, which is one I've made several times before. It's a freebie too!

Totally making some of these when I get back from Melbourne. I'll let you know how I go!

Woodlark has lots of lovely Christmas projects (the house at the beginning of this post is hers too), it's very worth while exploring her blog to see more. Aussies ignore. the "winter" bit, we can have summer snowflakes! Sandflakes? Oooh and you could make those acorn bell things with GUMNUTS?? OK now I want to do that too!!

See you next week xx
Sarah
