This little quilt is making a big comeback! I first designed this quilt as a Material Obsession pattern when I owned the shop - almost 17 years ago now. It was one of the first - if not THE first - patterns ever published under the Material Obsession name.
I recently sold the original quilt, and the reaction from people seeing it online was so lovely I thought why not give it a comeback?
 
Obviously, nearly 17 years later, this fabric is no longer available.
 
Along with the pattern will come a series of short videos that are also hosted here on this website. There won’t be any applique instruction this time around, the video are an overview of how to make a nice pinwheel with an accurate centre point, some info and advice about the layout for the appliqué, and demos of how to work the simple embroidery stitches needed for the embellishment of the applique panels.
