Warehouse closure dates and shipping blackouts
The warehouse will be closed from Oct 8 - Oct 26 and Dec 22 - Jan 11 so no deliveries during close dates.
USA Customers - Important information on USA Tariffs and new shipping arrangements
With the current tariff rates in the USA, Australian products are subject to a 10% tariff . The tariff applies to both product and shipping costs. The 10% tariff will be applied when you checkout.

Tariffs do not apply to pdf patterns, online classes, BOM books (shipped locally in USA), Lap App products (shipped locally in USA)

Currently Australian Post is not sending any packages to the USA so we will bulk drop ship orders into USA then they will be delivered by USPS. This means we will only send a bulk ship once we get a certain number of orders to USA.

This will mean that there might be an extra week or so added to the existing average 2 week delivery timing.
Shipping overseas (except USA) and in Australia
We currently use Australia Post to ship for all overseas customers except USA and in Australia. It is a standard rate and includes tracking. When the package is sent you will receive updated tracking advice from Auspost.

We normally ship our 1-2 times a week and normally a few days after the order comes in depending on stock.
Pre-orders
We ship pre-orders once stock is in and try to align that estimated delivery timing as best as possible with supply timing but that can sometimes change.

If you add other products with a pre-order - the pre-order timing dictates the delivery of the full order. If you want the other products quicker, let us know as there will be an extra postage charge.
